2. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

ReelJet is an independent tool that facilitates downloading of publicly available Instagram content for personal, non-commercial use. We do not claim ownership over any downloaded videos. All copyrights and trademarks remain with their respective owners. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable copyright laws and Instagram's Terms of Service.

3. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep ReelJet operational 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at our discretion; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReelJet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or that download links will always work. Instagram's API changes may temporarily affect functionality. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the tool.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelJet and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your access to or use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.
